When construction stalled on this Platinum LEED-certified home, Lori Smith stepped in to navigate a complex rescue mission. With the original contractor unable to execute the sustainable design, we facilitated legal transition, developed a comprehensive bid package, and guided the homeowners through hiring a qualified builder. Over four months, we restructured the plan to reflect the true scope, cost, and timeline of this technically advanced home.
The final result is a stunning, self-sustaining residence that blends contemporary luxury with unmatched functionality. Featuring solar power, geothermal systems, indoor climbing walls, integrated aquariums, and a rainwater-fed garden, this 5-bedroom home is a sanctuary for family, pets, and the planet—delivering beauty, performance, and long-term energy savings.

From an empty concrete shell, we created Tu Sei Bella—an elegant salon and spa designed to embody luxurious self-care and elevate every moment of the client experience. Our team led the entire build, managing construction with precision and crafting a layout that blends warmth, sophistication, and seamless flow between services—all while maximizing revenue potential.
The final design features intimate styling areas, a secluded color lounge, and a serene spa experience—all wrapped in a rich palette of warm earth tones and refined European decor. Every element was curated to reflect timeless beauty and personalized care, transforming the space into a sophisticated sanctuary where clients feel pampered, relaxed, and inspired to return.

Luxury Living, Perfected: A Signature Family Retreat
Designed for a discerning family with young children, this custom home gracefully balances sophisticated entertaining with the ease of everyday living. From elegant dinner parties in the formal dining room to casual family meals in the kitchen overlooking a wooded cul-de-sac, the layout was thoughtfully crafted for seamless transitions. A tucked-away “command central” keeps household management discreet and organized, while a dual-office supports both homeowners with tailored storage for professional journals, printer and shredder, and supplies—all integrated to preserve the home’s polished aesthetic.
At the heart of the home, a gourmet kitchen anchors both refined entertaining and daily routines. A soaring two-story great room frames lush backyard views, and the multifunctional laundry room doubles as a gift wrap station, sewing space, and media zone. The master suite offers a private retreat with a vestibule, sitting area, separate closets, and a spa-like bath.
